Heart2Heart Anger Solutions has the approval status of the Century Anger Management model. Approved by the California State Board of Corrections (Corrections Standards Authority) for the training of Probation, Parole and Correctional Officers.
You are able to book time with a specialist by-the-hour or a full, 10-hour course. The bonus to completing your anger management sessions individually is that you can finish your course as slow or as quickly as YOU wish. Call us anytime to discuss your personal needs
OUR GUARANTEE
At Heart2Heart Anger Solutions, we truly strive for customer and court satisfaction! If we do not have a service that you need then we will work with you to accommodate your needs. We guarantee that all court certificates will be accepted by both criminal and family courts or we will amend the program until it is satisfactory to the court for free.
Class Candidates
We do our best to make sure that the course is appropriate for each of our client’s needs. If you enroll in this course for court reasons and the courts require you to enroll in a different class, all monies paid will not be refunded. Please ensure that you require an anger management program. If you are unsure please consult the courts, your legal representative or your anger management specialist.
Deposits and Payments
All services are 50% deposit, and 50% upon commencement. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking the services, to reserve your spot. The balance of the remaining 50% is to be paid when the services commence.
Cancellations or Abandoned Deposits
You can make a cancellation at any time. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable. You are able to switch to another class location or time with ten business days’ notice. In this instance your deposit would be transferred to the new service, as it is available.
Scheduled Appointments
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for individual services with us then24-hours’ notice is required. If proper notice is not given then a $45.00 fee will be billed.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled time for your group class, please let your anger management specialist know as soon as possible. There is an allowance of one (1) absence from the course, per term. If you miss more than one class then you can pay for an individual session with an anger management specialist. If you do not do this then a certificate of completion will not be awarded.
Certifications and Letters of Enrollment/Completion
A certificate of completion is awarded to every successful participant of the program. If a letter of enrollment or completion is required then these will be charged at an extra cost.
Taxes
All services are subject to a tax fee.
Cancelation of class
Please note that The Heart2HeatAnger Solutions reserve all rights to change course dates due to low registration. If your class is cancelled then you will receive a call from our office in order to reschedule to another time. No refunds will be given.
Contract with Heart2HeartAnger Solutions
By entering into an agreement for services with Heart2Heart Anger Solutions, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures.
